This build moves all the current events and loot opportunities to a new (moddable) event/story system. The new system is still a work in progress and will take couple more days to fully mature. But all the existing events have already migrated and utilize it. So let me know If you encounter any issues. Once this new system is complete you'll be able to add your own events & stories in the game.

Hi folks, During the development of the sandbox mode all the updates will be heading directly to the Development/Beta Branch. I'll be publishing all new builds there as soon as they are stable. All bugfixes on reported issues and WIP implementations of 5 new races and 8 new classes inevitably will be heading there as well. If all go well I hope that both the Sandbox mode & the new Races/Classes will be mostly playable and ready for mass consumption by late June. Now between us: I do think that the concept of having a development branch in an EA is totally counter-intuitive. I really need your feedback and bug reports; if I didn't I would be happily developing the game in my cave, away from all the spotlights. But I also understand that many prefer to have access to new features once they are fully implemented, therefore the beta branch. Just know, that I won't be posting any updates in the stable branch till the features I am working on are done. So I'd like to encourage all and any brave souls, who want to truly help and actively participate in shaping the new features, races & classes to switch to the beta branch. 1) Right click on Erannorth in your Library 2) Go to the Betas Tab 3) Choose to opt in the Development - Public Beta branch (No need for a code) Close & Done. I'll be posting the patch notes for the beta branch in the patch notes as usually.

We all know that ER is moddable, and that you can customize everything by editing plain text files, but still for some this might still feel scary. What if I break something? Nah, let's just wait till someone else mod this & that for me. Well you can't really break anything. Bad mods can just be deleted, Steam can restore your game files and everything will be just fine. But still. What if you could create as many new Game modes you'd like just by selecting values in dropdown menus? And have them exported automatically as a Mod you can then activate/deactivate, expand with more game modes and delete when you are bored of it? Well now you can, and the difficulty/balance of your game is in your fingertips, even if you are hesitant or just bored to mod things. ;)
Custom Game Mode Editor. Patch Notes - EA Build 0200 (Both Branches):
If you are following the development branch, there isn't much to tell rather than show this time. But if you are on the stable branch, you certainly need to check out the past few patch notes, as they make important changes in the Enemy AI among other things. This latest build focuses on some UI & Graphics improvements. The stages are all now using high resolution version of their images (as high as it'll get). The card templates & deck graphics changed and there are also a couple more aesthetic improvements here and there. The tutorial has also been updated & includes some of the latest changes.
